At the semi-finals football game, Jack Miles was awarded MVP of the game. He accomplished this by 100 rushing yards, a touchdown, and big defensive plays including 3 TFLs and a fumble recovery. At this same game, Jaxson McVicker received play of the game. This was gained by catching the game sealing interception to send Laurel to the WPIAL finals for the first time since 1989.
