Senior Grant Hennon

by Cambree Davis

Grant is a very active member in our Lawrence County community. He plays varsity hockey for Neshannock, and travel hockey for the Arctic Foxes. He enjoys playing the piano with his younger sister and is proud to have gotten third place with her in the Laurel talent show by performing a brother and sister duet. Grant also plays a big part in our own clubs here at Laurel. He is a member of the Student Council, the Varsity L Club’s president, and the National Honors Society’s vice president. Grant also holds the honor of being the Men United Footy Club’s assistant coach and oversees the team play at the YMCA. Grant would like to be acknowledged for the creation of the Men United slogan which is “Man by man, foot by foot.” A fun fact about our spotlighted senior is that his close friends commonly refer to him as “G-Money.” His future plans include attending Penn State to get a degree in either Food Science or Engineering. His advice for the younger classman is to enjoy your free time, he wishes you to never give up and to appreciate every day. Grant would also like to thank his parents for giving him the motivation for being where he is today.
