SOTM: Mack Shevitz

For the month of April, Mack Shevitz has been chosen as Laurel’s Student of the Month. Mack is a letter winner in Varsity Football and Basketball. He has also been involved in Conservation Club since 7th grade and Varsity L club. Shevitz gives Mr. Jason Burkes credit for having a memorable high school career. His favorite high school memory is when he hit his three pointer in his last high school basketball game after returning from an ACL tear. He thanks his team and coaches for making that night so special. Mack stated that his advice to anyone would be to do everything in life with 100% effort because you never know when it will be your last time doing it. After graduation, Mack plans to attend Penn State Shenango to major in physical therapy.
